A Legacy Built One
Machine at a Time

Every industry has its quiet backbone — the people who don’t chase attention but keep everything running. In the jewellery manufacturing world, that’s us. Since 1998, we’ve been designing and building goldsmith rolling mill machines and allied jewellery equipment out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, a region that’s long been one of India’s manufacturing engines for gold and silver ornaments.

We didn’t start as a large operation. As is common with all manufacturing tales, ours started out small and concentrated on providing solutions for one particular problem only; in our case, providing the goldsmiths and jewelry departments with machinery capable of rolling and drawing in order to meet their actual production needs. With time, however, our concentration shifted to a full range of products such as rolling mills, wire drawing machines, hydraulic presses and chains making machines

What Drives Us

A rolling mill isn’t just a mechanical box that flattens metal. It’s the equipment standing between a goldsmith’s raw material and a finished, sellable product. If that machine underperforms, an entire day’s production can fall behind. That’s the responsibility we’ve built our reputation around.

Our engineering team spends as much time understanding how machines fail on real shop floors as they do designing new ones. Motor strain during long runs, uneven roller wear, calibration drift after months of heavy use — these are the problems we design against from the very first drawing. It’s why our rolling mills, wire drawing machines, and draw bench units are built with hardened components and tight tolerances that hold up under continuous, demanding use

From Local Workshops to Global Markets

While our roots are firmly in Gujarat, our machines have traveled a lot further. Jewellery manufacturers across the Middle East, South Asia, and other international markets rely on our equipment for their production lines. That kind of trust doesn’t come from marketing alone — it comes from machines that keep working long after the sale is closed, and from a support team that answers the phone when a client needs a spare part or technical guidance.

Our Manufacturing Standards

The concept of quality is not a department within our organization. Rather, it is a quality process that begins right from the acquisition of raw materials to the end when we have tested the machines and sent them out. This process is done in line with ISO 9001:2015 certification, which means that no machine leaves the factory without having been subjected to various quality processes and not merely visually inspected. In an industry handling metals, any variation, however minor it might be, could spoil the whole lot.

Who We Serve

Clients we work with can vary from small-scale goldsmiths who want to set up their first rolling mill through experienced jewelry production facilities that have several production lines. No matter how big or small the project is, we will always do the same thing: analyze your goals, recommend appropriate equipment, and stay at your service afterwards.

Looking Ahead

The jewellery manufacturing industry keeps evolving, from new alloy compositions to changing design trends that demand different wire gauges and finishes. We stay close to those shifts, refining our machines so our clients are never held back by outdated equipment. Our goal has never been to be the biggest name in the industry — just the most dependable one for the people who actually run these machines every day.

If you’re looking for a manufacturing partner who understands both the engineering and the practical realities of jewellery production, we’d welcome the conversation.
